A lean, sharp creative content agency forged in the wild beauty of Byron Bay and operating from Coffs Harbour to the Sunshine Coast. Founded by Franck Gazzola, a seasoned photographer/filmmaker with a taste for the extreme, and Ryan Bienefelt, a camera, story-telling and drone virtuoso who probably sees more from the sky than the ground, NOIR delivers clean, impactful visuals with a dash of flair.

We work with regional business owners who are done with average and ready to level up their brand presence — from a weekly drone flyover of a construction site to full-blown commercial productions or steady, on-brand content that keeps your socials alive (and actually working). Hospitality, real estate, fashion, music — if you’ve got a story, we’ll tell it beautifully and make you look good while we’re at it. One-off or ongoing, we’re built for both.

OUR APPROACH

Rather than telling you what you should do, we want to hear about you, your needs, your vision. Whatever you do today will need to look (somewhat) consistent with what you/your brand will produce in 2, 3, 5 years. Your visual content is your DNA. That’s why we want to sit down with you and properly hear you out first.

At NOIR. we foster a cinematic approach and bring elegance, give a premium look & feel, and timelessness to our work. But our ideal visuals and the story-telling are only here to support your story.

We can shoot stills/motion/drone/underwater, and handle all the pre/post-production, etc. Therefore, we try to keep everything in-house to have maximum control on all aspects of the production to ensure the deliverables and deadlines are met. However, if there is one thing we know is that we don’t know everything. So, when we fall short in specialised skills or time, we work with a team of highly competent freelance individuals to guarantee the results.

The nature of every project is different, so the one-shoe-fits-all quickly reaches its limits and we are mindful of that. So, rather than being over-charged or under-charged (though you would not mind!), we tend to customise every quote to the actual requirements.
